Welcome to the Heather Fried State Farm Insurance Agency or #TeamFried! I am a lifelong resident of Mandan-Bismarck, ND and I have 24 years of experience in the Insurance industry. Since opening my office with State Farm in July of 2015, I have enjoyed helping the good neighbors of North Dakota. I am proudly licensed to serve you in Mandan, Bismarck and the surrounding areas of North Dakota and Minnesota.

The most rewarding part of being a State Farm agent is helping people with all their insurance needs in North Dakota and Minnesota. We offer Auto, Home, Renters, RV, Motorcycle and Boat Insurance, We also offer Life Insurance, Health Supplements, Financial Services and more to fit your unique insurance needs.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband and two children. We live on a fourth-generation dairy farm NW of Mandan. In my spare time, I enjoy playing slow pitch softball and volleyball. The highlight of the year is playing in the nation’s largest slow-pitch softball tournament right here in Bismarck and Mandan, ND. The proceeds are donated back to our community! We also have a furry member in the family, our golden doodle named Teddy. Next time you stop in the office, you may see him helping others in the office, like we do! ⛱
